Does anyone else have the 'feeling' that their baby is coming early?

Hi all, im 34 weeks today, and am being induced at 38 weeks due to GD. But i keep getting the feeling that she will be here before then. So much so that im scared to drink raspberry leaf tea incase it encourages it ha ha ha. Baby and bump is measuring 3 weeks ahead due to the GD, so maybe thats why i feel full term already..... Anyone else feel this way? Thanksx

Yeah... Baby's due in May, but whenever people ask me I always seem to say April!! I'm not sure if this is just pregnancy brain, or if bubs is going to be early!

I hope mine does! I'm so uncomfy and fed up. Just hope she hangs on long enough to get my birth pool delivered!

I had a growth scan friday due to gd, my lo is bigger than she should be too, im due 10 may, but when i looked at the screen at the end of the scan it came up with 27 april, but i dont think im going netn go before my due date though, if i do it will just be a few days.

i'm worried my waters are going to break at any minute! I'm probably just being paranoid but i've just got the feeling baby will come early, keep getting signs. i'm only 31 weeks though, so fingers crossed will hold on a little longer x

Maybe it's just wishful thinking so I don't have to be induced.

yeah maybe thats why i think she will come early, so i dont have to be induced too! I had very quick labours in my last 2 pregnancies, and ive heard that inducing can be a longer process :0(

Hi, I remember that you found out you had GD at the same time as me. How are you finding it? I've been told that I will be induced around 38 weeks. Was you told this? Thanks

That's what worries me.... This is my first and I am the biggest wimp going, I am starting to wonder what I am doing. I keep trying to read ways of bringing her out earlier but I don't think it's gonna work, although most of the time lately, she feels like she's gonna fall out...

i'm massive too! Getting a bit fed up with people saying "your huge, you'll never go for another 9 weeks!". I know i'm huge- i don't need the whole world to tell me. my husband says it's because i'm petite and it makes my bump look even bigger.

my husband is 'strawberry blonde' so we keep saying we'll have a big fat naughty ginger boy just like his dad- my husband was a ten pounder, so this one could follow in his dad's footsteps!

i just don't think i can possibly stretch much more so it will have to come out early.

im small too hun. im only 5ft so i think thats why we look so much bigger lol. what height are you? are you finding it uncomfy really early cos of ur height? x

Everyone else seems to think my LO is gonna come at any moment admittedly im huge and she has been engaged since 34wks but other than that I havent had any signs that things are happening xx

I'm only 5ft and someone thought I was going to give birth mid March, I'm not due until 27 April! Everyone keeps saying I am not going to make it to my due date; so long as he lets us move first (hopefully in the next week or two!) I don't care!

I have started feeling really sick and nauseous and been experiencing looser bowels so DH is convinced Baby H is going to come any day now!

I've been waddling since about 20 weeks!

i think if you're short/small people tend to assume you'll have a small bump and a small baby. it's not the case though- at a scan at 28 weeks i was told it was a big baby. my daughter was 7lb 5oz which is a reasonable size. i'm hoping this one will be around the same size, but as long as it's healthy thats the main thing.
