Does anyone know if there are groups for mums with pnd??

I posted this in PND support thread but thought I'd ask here 2. I'm desperate 2 meet other mums as I've become bit of a recluse. I've had pnd and would love to meet other mums who've had a tough time too so we can support, help and reassure one another. My HV is pretty useless... so thought i'd ask here.
