Does CM change in first week of PG? TTC! :)

Does your mucus change? TTC baby number one and I have noticed a lot of thick creamy cloudy in my liners!? Can this happen in very early stages?

I have this too, lots and lots of creamy cm. I dont know if its a good sign, but im 8dpo

Checked again how my cervix is, it is really high, soft outer, firm... Pulled out and the cm on my finger is really watery, slippy, silky whites. Any ideas? Still far too early to text for me!
