Does the Tdap shot hurt?

Does it sting? Is it injected into the muscle?

Its been a while since I've had one but if I can recall the injection spot is tender for a day or two... but its been a while so I may be wrong also.... guess I wasn't much help, lol

I just got one after having my daughter. They put it in my nondiminant arm on Thursday, but it hasn't bothered me one bit.

The tetanus part can make your arm muscle sore for a day or two, but it is no biggy and the shot itself doesnt hurt.

Tdap made my arm super sore for like 5 days, but I think I had a bad reaction to it bc I got a fever and the injection site was red, swollen and hot to the touch. My DH just had one and his arm was sore for like 2 days, that's it

same experience as others mentioned....just sore for acouple days following. the actual shot didnt hurt
