Does this dress look okay? Be honest. I've been in town all day looking for a dress for Christmas day, I could find hardly anything in my size (18) even in the plus sized section! And everything that was in my size looked awful on me. So i ended up getting all upset, then I found this in Peacocks, and bought it because id had enough by this point. Does it look okay? I feel like I look huge!

I personally think dress looks great, but not with those particular shoes! Maybe try a plainer thin heel, as this elongates your legs where as the boots cut it shortening them xx my opinion obviously

I like the dress but I agree about the shoes, I think a nude would probably work better.

I love a peplum... So flattering! I have to agree with PPs though... The shoes look a little too heavy for such a gorgeous dress, a stiletto court shoe/peep toe, would look better IMO

I've always avoided that style of dress thinking it was for skinny-minnies but it looks so flattering on you - I'm going to have to give one a try!

I thought the same dopey, but the lady at the checkout said that peplum dresses are really flattering for curvier girls! X
