Does this look like a tongue tie?

I've always thought that Alfie just had a short tongue, as I've never seen it out of his mouth, but after seeing a link to babies with tongue tie on another thread I thought it looked very familiar.

What do you think, is this just normal do all babies have this?

Seriously if it is tho, it will make me feel a bit better that failing to breast feed wasn't all down to me!
