as you know i LOVE the name Ella  but not sure it sounds right with your surname.. is there a name you like that you could hyphen it with?.. ofr example Ella-Mae or Ella-Louise or how about Ella-Grace?..

    Just a thought?

    Also love Gracie xx

I agree with the post above, I think it would be nice with another name added in there too :)

I did think of this, as i want her to have both of my nans names, one of which is May  which would go well, but then it would be hard to include my other nans name - Madeleine . I cant have Grace as thats Evie's middle name, hence my only slight doubt about using the name Gracie . xx

I'm not sure that it sounds pretty good. But, of course, it's only your choice

I don't think it's bad at all but would probably prefer something else. :)

I know :dohh:. Its not so much me, its DH, there are quite a few names that i love, but me and DH are having real problems agreeing on anything. Just as i think we have agreed he decides he doesnt like it  (I think this may be down to him telling MIL and her putting him off them, although he wont admit that :growlmad:). xx

Thanks everyone for voting/posting. I kind of felt that it didnt sound right from the start (which is why we decided against it), but just wanted to be 100% sure it was a no go as i really love it . Well I guess we will stick to the other names we thought of: GRACIE, PHOEBE OR DAISY. xxx

I love the name Ella I think it will go fine with lee as the last name. Maybe not if lee was the middle name. We are calling our LO Ella and am struggling to find a nice middle name that flows. It was going to be Jayne but i know a Jane that isn't very nice so have been somewhat put off!
