Does your pregnancy feel different to your chemical Pregnancy?

Hi all, I have had 3 chemical pregnancies since last oct.

When I have got pregnant I more or less knew straight away I was pregnant, the hot flushes, the watery discharge, food aversions, larger painful breasts etc.. but they all ended up being chemicals ended no later than 5 weeks...

Has anyone since got pregnant and were your early pregnancy symptoms different to that of the chemical?
