i got some of these hooks for my kitchen rack thingy and found they worked well on the buggy, i have one with one solid handle going across not 2 handles, im not sure what your pram has in regards to handles though? i put two of them on the handle and hang a basket on them, might work for you?

i bought mine in a shop over here called leroy merlin, i dont think you have them in UK but i found one that looks virtually identical in B&Q for you.
