So ive been going by MC using it as LMP but the maths doesnt add up, i dont think?

23rd October - Miscarriage
28th October - bleeding stopped
*30th i think i ovulated
13th BFP
theres not much wiggle room for error there?
Which would make me 4 weeks pregnant?
If so then how would it be dated?
Doctors date from LMP so should i add on 2 weeks?
( instead of the 3 i normally have between AF and ovulation ( usually 3 weeks after lmp i get cramps when ovulation is going on )
or do i just stick to 4 weeks as conception happened 4 weeks ago?
I dont get a scan for another 8 weeks so im gonna be baffled till then!
( I changed my ticker as if my LMP was 2 weeks before conception, but then i second guessed myself and thought id ask for help! )
