Dollar Tree HPT

Has anyone gotten a BFN on the dollar cheapies, to get a BFP later? I think I am 10dpo today I have tested with one since 8dpo(way too early) each BFN. I have only done one test with FMU and that was 9 dpo. I'm trying to see if I should keep testing or start planning on the

My symptoms are

Crampy burning sensations
Very dizzy (really bad)
Mild sore bbs.
Stringy lotiony CM
Bachaches
Achy hips and legs
Sneezy Stuffy Nose
Mild sore throat

I hope these are good symptoms for both of us. My gums started bleeding today. Going to add that to the list.
