Ugh... have managed to pull something in my side again so it's really sore. Hopefully it will only take a couple of days to settle down again. I suspect I may have been a little too over-energetic welcoming OH home from his trip... ahem...

Had a bad night's sleep last night so don't think that helped. The babies decided to kick for about 3 hours solid.... hard!

Relax and take a warm bath with radox muscle soak should help ...
And do what Lynnie said, take time off work your carrying 2 not 1 !!!

Thank God it's not just me!

Feeling a lot better again today although still not quite right. Should get there in the next couple of days. Must remember to be more careful with the contortionist act next time.
