Is there any sperm banks that any of you know about that costs $200 or under that's online or by phone? Is so list them (the websites and/or phone number), thanks.

Why don't you just try to find a more local sperm donor. Just make sure they are legit, have had std tests and then you get the sperm for free to inseminate yourself with.
