Don't think I'm ovulating after stopping bcp

This is my second month off bcp. And I don't think I'm ovulating. Last month I had the ewcm, this month haven't been able to check Cm as have had lletz procedure (ttc on hold for four weeks healing!!).
Temps are kind of all over the place but I don't take it correctly with at least 3 hours of unbroken sleep - does this make much of a difference??
Also no positive opk despite ewcm last month and no positive so far this month :-/ so frustrating not knowing if my body is working properly!!

I knw coming off bcp thy say can take 2/3 cycles before body adjusts altho for some it adjusts quickly but just see after couple months. I don't temp but do use opks & dont get a positive until cd 18. Wat cd are u using thm up until or are u using thm up until u get af. Anyway i thnk if after 3/4 cycles in total if its the same maybe u can mention to doc x

what time do you use the opks i've heard 2pm is the best time, after a few hours of reduced urination.

Yep i never get a positive with fmu on opks, usually cant hold for more than 3 hrs & i test around 1, 2pm. Sometimes smu at around 12.30 then again in evening wen starts to get darker x

It can take time after birth control. So frustrating, I'm right there with you. As for the temping, yes, it makes a big difference when it comes to the unbroken sleep. I see crazy highs and lows when I don't sleep well.
