I'm 9 weeks today and finally found baby on my home doppler. I thought i was hearing it before a few days ago and maybe I was. But this was clearly baby, I hit the right spot right away and it was clicking away and my doppler was reading variations from 150 to 188! It liked hanging out in the 180's the most. That seems so high!!

Hey there! Firstly congrats :hugs: secondly congrats for finding the HB! I know how amazing that is :happydance:

180 isn't high, it's on the higher end but completely in range. Mine at 8+4 was in the 180's. Now in week 10 it has come down to the 170's. It will decrease as you get towards week 12 and then it should settle. Apparently it means we are having girls.. We shall see if the myth works!:)

Also, I found the numbers in the doppler to be very unreliable. Many women do. Instead I count on a stop watch. My doppler ranges from 80, 120, 150, 130, when I count and it's 170 :dohh:

I have recently counted mine and it was in 180s.

At 9w4d my twins were both 174. 180's sounds fine.
