Doppler usage

I have hired a doppler which arrived on saturday and i was so excited i have used it 5 times since then.....

im now worried, have i used it to much, can over use cause baby harm ? or is it ok.

how often do you ladies use yours.

p.s i found HB 4 times out of 5 and it was great xxx

i use mine like twice a day even though im feeling kicks most of the time, and its totally safe if your using it for a few minutes at a time! So enjoy lol! xxxx

Ive been using mine twice a day purely cos im so paranoid!! Always find hb within couple of minutes so as long as i hear it i turn it off again. I dont think it could do any harm just a few minutes a time.

my doc told me today i could use it ten times a day! no harm to babies at all!
