I'm 13wks 4d and I had my 3D ultrasound today. The doctor said that the neck fluid looks normal but he could only see one blue line and he should've seen two. That means he could only see one artery and one vein and he should've been able to see two of one and one of the other. I can't remember which part should've had two, either the artery or the vein. He said that could be an indicator of Downs or a kidney problem. He did look thoroughly at the baby's kidneys and said they look normal. He said its common at this point to only see one of each, it's not normal, but common and most of the time it means nothing and the baby is perfectly fine. I had the panorama blood test done too so I'll know if the baby has Downs in a few days. I was just wondering if any other moms had this happen to them and what the out come was?
