Due to stress or pregnancy?

Hi girls! So I was kinda freaking out and the bumps have gotten a little better... They just appeared but not itchy or anything...

Is it probably due to stress?

They look like hives which can be caused by stress. Keep an eye on it, if it's doesn't improve in the next day or so I would see your GP xxx
