Dull lower ache - feels weird and scary

I am 9+2 and have had bad bloating for the last 24 hours so I wasnt overly worried about tummy aches and pains but I have a dull, full, uncomfortable pain low down now. It feel like AF pains. I know all aches and pains are normal but do you get a "feeling" when it's a bad thing? My hips are also quite sore. I have a scan on Saturday so I am not going to get too worked up but the ache is different to everything I have felt so far.

Any thoughts?

You may find these aches sometimes are simply your body preparing to make more room. I had them sporadically through my first pregnancy -- and saying that about your hips...they do widen to make more room, so try not to worry too much. You can always ring the midwife and see what they say, if you can't get it off your mind. But that would be my first thought. The joys of body changes during pregnancy.

Just as RJsmom said, it feels uncomfortable but its completely normal. Although if it gets worse, go get is checked out asap.
