Dumb question about my prenatal vitamins

Im taking Garden of life RAW prenatals and it says to take 3 capsules daily.

Does that mean take all three in the morning or disperse them throughout the day? Does it matter? Lol. I know, dumb question.

Its not a dumb question at all... especially as they clearly didn't specify, I would take one after each meal xxx

I would spread them out throughout the day and just make sure you take them at around the same times everyday if you can.

I take the same ones and I'm awful at remembering to take them in the first place so I just take them all at once!
