Grace had a dummy until probably about 2 months and then for some reason she decided it wasn't for her.
To be honest she used it as a comfort for the sucking reflex when she was younger. I had no preference whether to use one or not, she chose for me.
Every baby is different and the evidence is clear on this forum. Some people have used a dummy for one baby and then not for their second or visa versa. It's personal choice and at the end of the day the baby will tell us if they want the dummy or not, I mean they're in charge eh??? and don't we know it!!
