Dummy is gone!

Jaden has started biting through all of his dummies and only had 3 left. We were planning on the christmas fairy taking them but i didnt want to buy anymore just to get bitten through

I wanted rid of the dummy early as he forgets things quicker!

So last night, much to OH disparoval (he thinks 3 would be a good age) Jaden went to bed without a dummy. OH woke him up when he camt to bed at about 10 and he wouldnt settle so he came to our bed for 30 mins then went back to his bed. Woke 2/3 times in the night and came onto the landing and cried for a min then went back to bed.

This morning he has been a bit clingy but he is a bit ill from teething. So wish me luck for nap time today please! I think its the only time i might crack.

Its really not been easy, jaden has searched for his but i just distracted him. I was just loathed to pay £4 for him to get it and bite a hole in it then refuse it. Lol. X

We've cut usage of dummy right down to nap and sleep only. I was sick of hearing 'me me' < AJ saying dummy!

With his dummy, it's for sleeptime only. There are some occasions when I've budged otherwise but those are incredibly rare. He knows he only gets it for sleepy time. Mind you, there have been some nights when he's crashed out without it.

Jaden always had it in his mouth! I hated it. I could have done with it yesterday as it took me 6 hours to get him to nap
