Early 6 week scan today

I will likely be having an early scan today- I'm at 6 weeks exactly. I was sick over the weekend and they want to check on baby.
I know this is stupid but I feel like it's a terrible sign that when I woke up this morning, my boobs weren't sore at all! Ack!
Very scared of just seeing an empty sack today
Oh man. And advice?

Good luck. I had a completely empty sac at 6+2 and a perfect yolk sac and 7 week baby at 7+1.

My dates were not off either

Baby looks good!! Able to see the yolk sack fetal pole and a tiny flicker that was the heartbeat! He is measuring at 5 w 6 d (my dates say I'm at 6w 1 d today) so I hope that's still okay.
Doctor burst my bubble a bit by saying "the report looks okay but most women miscarry between weeks 6 and 8."
This is not my regular OBGYN.
Ugh.
Anyway, still very grateful to God for seeing a little blinking bean today!!
