Early AF or cervix irritation?

Ok ladies I have a bit of an issue here. I had what I think was IB 6-9 DPO. Yesterday at 10 DPO I didn't have any spotting and I was over the moon, however my SO came back from being gone for two weeks and wanted to have sex REALLY BAD. Afterwards I went to the bathroom and saw some light pink spotting and I still have a little bit when I wipe/press against it. I don't have any spotting on my pad, and if a do a light quick wipe there's really nothing on the TP. I read something about if you're in your early stages of pregnancy that your cervix get soft/spongy and can become irritated easily. However I also read the sex can make AF show up sooner. I had a temp dip of .39 which is why I'm thinking its AF because my period is due the 29th and I'm at CD 31/11 DPO, but I guess only time will tell. Anyone else been in the same position?
