Just wondering if anyone has ever had their baby delivered a bit earlier than full term due to pregnancy induced hypertension?
My first little girl was born at 29 weeks due to severe pre-eclampsia...this time I have managed to avoid that with constant monitoring and aspirin combined with calcium...this last 4 weeks however I have been on Labetalol, for slightly raised blood pressure...which my family GP is saying I just seem vulnerable to in pregnancy...she also stated that they will most likely deliver the baby around the 36 week mark now.
I was hoping for a VBAC this time around, but that is pretty much out of the window now, I am too high risk, and baby is still frank breech, with an anterior placenta, previous section scar, and the need for induction on an early delivery they won't even attempt to turn her, so it will be another section.
I see my consultant after my next growth scan this coming tuesday, so will find out more then.
Everything feels so up in the air...once again I find myself in a position of the unknown, I don't know what to expect!!
