Early pregnancy, thrush and pesaries

I hope someone can help as I'm really worried! I'm 4 weeks pregnant (yay!!!) but I've had thrush for about a week, I went to the doctors and she gave me cream and a pessary obviously I told her I was pregnant and she said it was fine, but when I used the pessary I put it in with applicator and it went in quite fast and I felt it hit my cervix, it hurt a bit,
Then I read online that you should insert the pessary with fingers as it could damage the cervix with applicator, but I'm really worried I've done some kind of damage. I had a miscarriage last year and it has taken 10 months to fall pregnant again and it really hope I haven't done damage 😟

hey in my first pregnancy I had a lot of thrush from 6 weeks and I was constantly using the pesary and I used the stick to out it all the way up or it wont work,
