Early pregnancy worries

I haven't been pregnant in 3 years so I really can't remember what I went through with my daughter, but this one is so different I have no sickness which is fantastic lol but I have sharp lower abdominal pains sometimes, they aren't severe, has any one else had these?

Also I have constant lower back pain/pressure and hip pressure and I can't stand or walk for long I get dizzy and my feet just ache has anyone else had this also??

I'm sorry for sounding like such a hypochondriac

Mine this time is totally different baby 4 I've never had nausea or been sick but this time I'm nauseous all these time, I've have spotting on and off throughout week 5 and loads of ligament pains already, My back is Agony all the time and I'm exhausted. Think every pregnancy is Different And yours sound perfectly normal, good luck and wishing you a happy and healthy 9 mths

I could have wrote this myself . My daughter is 2 and will be 3 in July . I can't remember at all what it should feel like . I only found out 2 days ago I'm expecting again and I'm quite uncomfortable . Back ache is a pain especially at night lying down or when I'm standing in work and also some sharp abdominal pains sometimes .
