I always try eating a healthy breakfast, Il have 2 slices of toast and a peice of fruit and juice or water..

Usually i dont throw up but then about an hour or so later i feel really sick and eat a bag of crisps to get rid of the morning sickness.. and it really helps..

but eating a bag of crisps a day is that really healthy?? =/

i was just abit worried

If it stops you feeling pukey hun, I'd stick with it. You're not going to be doing it forever, and I think there are far worse things you could be munching :)

I've had crisps everyday of this pregnancy! It's the only thing that tastes good all the time and makes my ms go away. But I'm starting to feel a lot better now I'm almost 11wks so going to try to be a bit healthier from now on.
There's nothing wrong with it at all. x

thanks for the replies.. made me feel better thanks =]

Go for it if it helps! During this pregnancy I've been eating those little cheesey goldfish to get rid of my MS. Last pregnancy, it was popsicles. My sister swears by oreos to relieve MS. The whole thing is pretty strange.

Whatever works i say go with it. This time for me its hot choc, last time it was refresher bars. :dohh:

I have crisps on my iffy days for breakfast with lemonade. xx

I think you call them potato chips lilaries0411! And what on earth are cheesy goldfish - they sound genius!! :D

lol... Well that would make sense!!! Thanks lousielou. A goldfish is a little cheese cracker shaped like a gold fish! They are so yummy.

I told my Dr I was eating a pint of ice cream everyday for morning sickness- She said that it was enough calories and I was getting calcium so not to worry about it and if it makes it so I can eat something else than that is even better.
Don't wory about it. Especially if you're taking prenatals- right now the most important thing is making sure that you are eating what will make you be able to continue eating and staying hydrated.
:flower:

When I saw my mw for the first time when I was 8 weeks I told her I was struggling to eat so much that all I could stomach was cereal and crisp sandwiches! She said as long as I was eating then keep eating what I was as it wouldn't last too long.

I did and it subsided around 10 weeks and bubs is fine from that bland diet :D

I eat crisps most days. It really seems to be one of the only things I can eat in the mornings. It's not going to do any harm, tbh you could eat them all pregnancy and do no harm. Eat what you can at the moment, ms isn't going to last all pregnancy (fingers crossed!)

Yes I havent stopped eating crisps! I do limit myself to 2 packs a day, so one is being really good!

I have a pack of digestives at the side of my bed for the mornings lol!!

Couldn't live without crisps right now. It really helps with nausea. Have to try really hard to limit myself as could easily munch 3 packets plus every day!
