No not those nuts u dirty mares....:toothpick:

I'm talking the Cashew, Peanut type..

Obviously i've read up and heard various things as to what to and not to eat during pregnancy...but i've heard various things about nuts.

My understanding is that it's fine to eat nuts aslong as their is no history of nut allergies in your family... is that right?

Because i've eaten nearly a whole bag full of cashews today (unsalted i may add) - think it was due to boredom... and them being there on my desk...

I was told that cashews are fine. In fact i bought cashew nut butter from the health food shop instead of peanut butter

Cashew nut butter...? really? hmmm...

Cashews are addicitve though (especially when salted!)....hmmm...

(my fellas late to pick me up from work...and i'm bored stiff....have i really resorted to talking about nuts.....:( )

LOL!!!

Nuts im told are fine if there is no allergy on either side of the family but most health care proffesionals will still tell you to avoid ....

Aslong as your happy enough then go with the flow ...

I ate peanuts whilst PG with maddie ... Roasted lol
xxx

I have eaten nuts every pregnancy and live to tell the tale :)

My NHS book says that the government changed their advice to say its fine to eat peanuts during pregnancy, because there is no clear evidence that it affects your baby's chance of developing nut allergy.

It doesn't mention other nuts at all.

do what simon says,or simply honour your body and cravings, your choice :)
