as i am sure you are aware i am currently looking at building my stash up

https://www.cheeksandcherries.co.uk/acatalog/econobum_day.html

has anybody tried these??

i was thinking of these and flips, plus some easyfits (TBs) and i have some itti's

then a few sized, S,M,L nappies

They would be a good stash filler I suppose. I haven't tried the wraps, only the prefolds and I must say they're not my favourites. I got them as back up inserts for my flips but much prefer the flip organic inserts. The econobum prefolds are very bulky compared to much flip inserts.

i have the bambino mio already, 24 ruddy prefolds, i think i'd be better off just buying bigger wraps lol

but i do like the look of flips i really do

I like them, they're just a budget version of organic Flips really - slightly rougher prefolds, no flaps in the outer and the PUL is thinner but still waterproof. We use them over night nappies with great success. If I wanted to use them in the day I would probably get just the outers and use Flip inserts in them - they fit perfectly and are nicer inserts.

is there a guesset|(??) to keep the prefold in place

I've just brought some of these as well as some flips, a normal bumgenius and some ebay cheapies. Got ages 'till I can try them out though, just going to stare at them 'till he comes out lol.

I have a couple and I like them (even though I mostly use AIOs and pockets). I use the prefolds sometimes with a fleece liner on top and sometimes I use a Flip stay dry insert in them.

No they don't have a gusset but the prefold stays in place anyway; they will do in most wraps that aren't really baggy round the bum.
