What shampoos and lotions do you use on your babies with patches of eczema?

I find oatmeal soaps work very well. And staying away from anything perfumed/artificial fragrances.

WSS^ about the oatmeal soaps... That and coconut oil/olive oil! Don't leave baby in the bath for too long... Maybe only about 10 minutes tops. When you take LO out of the bath, before you put them in a towel, you rub olive oil all over and then pat dry. I do that at night and then in the morning I use the coconut oil all over. That combo almost always works for us on the mild cases.

Aveeno cream on a daily basis and hydrocortisone on bad patches. Simple for Babies Shampoo and bubble bath. Avoid anything with parfum/perfume in it. I also use Fairy Non Bio washing powder and fabric softener as well as doing a rinse cycle at the end of each load of washing.

No Aveeno here - still had eczema issues with it.

On DS2, we use lanolin or coconut oil.
On DS1, we use those or Eucerin calming skin cream.

DS1 is like me - no perfumes and absolutely no aloe. His pediatrician also said no soap or shampoo in the bath, so we're now figuring that out.
