Eeeeek!!! CM started today!!!

I am 7dpo. I'm on cycle day 20. I have 7 days until my next period. I've had really bad cramps for the last 6 days. My boobs have been hurting for the 3 days. I had lower back pain last night. I feel like I'm going to get my period any moment. I've thrown up once. Nausea off and on. I'm hoping this it is it. I'm terrified, but I still want a baby. What are your thoughts?

I forgot to add that I'm starting to have a bit of CM that started today.
