elevated insulin level... now what?

I tried searching the forums but my phone won't let me for whatever reasonso forgive me if this has already been discussed... I went for my ovarian ultrasound today, and when i was checking out, the nurse told me my insulin level was 30.9 (normal range is 5-25) and my vitamin d was low. I go back for my formal results meeting with my Dr on may 28. So what should i expect? Is there anything i should bring up? I've always been healthy so i guess im just overwhelmed with thoughts and everything is jumbled up.
