Ok normally i am not an emotional person. i hide my feelings etc however on saturday all i did was cry

I hear you. I got almost hysterical on several occasions this weekend - my cat running away from me and I couldn't catch her, and a wildlife show on zebras. Insane. I am also extremely tetchy and irrational, sigh.
