Endometrial scratching/biopsy experiences

What were your experiences with endometrial scratching /biopsy?
Did you bleed afterwards? For how long?
Did you have any restrictions after?

Hi, it only takes minutes, I had some bar cramping with mine but only for a few seconds, I carried on with my day as normal with slight cramping and small amount of spotting

I actually had mine already, but just wanted to hear more about how others found theirs.
Mine was very painful and I'm still lightly bleeding a few days later. I know my cervix wasn't very cooperative, so it might be blood from my cervix but I can't tell.

I'm hopeful that it helps with my lining!

Mine was extremely painful. I think I have a high pain threshold but I was in tears through this procedure. I also spotted for a few days after. I won't put myself through it again.

How long did you have to wait before BD?
I wasnt expecting to have it done this week, so I didn't think to ask!
I waited 3 days before having a bath (showered only). I'm concerned about infection (probably more concerned then I need to be)
