Endometriosis and trying again!

Hello Ladies, It's been quite a while since I've been on this forum! Okay so I would like some input from those of you who suffer from endometriosis. So I have two children one who is 6 (conceived him with no problems) and a daughter who is now almost two (conceived her after laparoscopy diagnoses/treatment for endometriosis) with my daughter we had been trying for over a year and finally found out what the problem was. So here I am again about to start trying to conceive our third child. I just wanted to know has anyone had to have lap surgery again to clear the endo? Or did you get pregnant easily? Thanks for the input!!
