English speakers in Switzerland?

Hi there,

I was just wondering if there are any English speakers living in the Basel area, I have recenlty moved here and I don't really know anyone in the same siutation as me. My boyfriend and I are TTC. and have been for 6 months...

Just thought I'd do a forum search on "basel" and your post came up so

I've been in Switzerland since 2004 and in the Basel area since 2005. Just came back from the UK after spending a years studying - whilst there I fell pregnant and we had a baby girl. We'd been TTC for 2 years.

I am English and in Basel too, we are waiting until September to start trying for a little one.

Hi both,

Only saw your posts today-sorry.

When I originally posted I knew I was pregnant but only very early, now I am around 10-11 weeks, I am due to have a scan on the 2nd Sept to confirm dates which is really exciting!
Diana-good luck with TTC-abd Faerie your littel girl is gorgeous!
