Just wondered what keeps your newborns entertained obviously you've got the usual playmate and bouncers but our little one is only amused by them for like 10 mins! I've discovered the one thing that keeps her facinated for nearly an hour bet your wondering what it is well it's our fish tank!!! She loves it

Door frames lol seriosly he stares at them for ages then starts smilling at them. I sometimes think he thinks the door fames his mummy lol xx

The mobile above her changing mat... she always seems to be happy during changing and I wish I could just leave her on there.

Otherwise the window and the bottom of the shelf in the living room

The beams on MiLs ceiling he stares for hours! think i may paint some on my ceiling lol

Lucy used to love our wall lights, they'd get a smile every morning when she'd not seen them for a whole night!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She's moved onto toys now though!!

Mine likes looking at the sky. She constantly stares at the window!

the sky lol - they stare at it for hours and hours oh and the fish tank too x

Fish tank is always a good one though you can hardly seem them there's that much green gunk on the sides atm LOL can't be bothered cleaning it

Pictures on the wall and I play with him a lot, he loves being tipped upside down and wobbled from side to side, can spend ages smiling, talking and moving him around for the big smiles :)

Olivia likes sitting in her bouncy chair watching tv, she could stare at it all day if I let her. Her favourites are Hollyoaks and Friends :haha:

The window obviously, and we have a brown and green vase with browny twigs and leaves against our cream wall and LO just stares and stares at it. Plus the Angelcare light - that's like hypnotism!

Ooh he's got a thing for a lilac blanket that lives on the back of the sofa. Makes him so smiley and cooey.

Louie likes the window, and if he is grouchy i take him out in the sling to the shops so he can look at all the colourful things on the shelves! he loves it!
and obviously the TV... especially top gear - he cries when it finishes haha (takes after his papa!)
at the moment he is fascinated by the bunch of daffodils on the table!

Light fixtures of any sort! Or daddy.

When we are out shopping he LOVES looking around at everything. Oh and his changing mat is on my bathroom cabinet so he looks at himself in the mirror. He will gaze at it forever! His changing mat is also the only place he will fall asleep when he gets fussy, wish I could just put it in his crib, lol!

Liam loves..the TV (esp loose women), the mirror next to his changing mat, my dads painted wall canvas (its kinda like zebra stripes and it's up on a plain white wall) his fisher-price GoBabyGo bear gym (I got it in Argos sale; Unfortunately they stopped selling it now but I'd recommend it to any one that could get hold of a second hand one.) He loves ANYONE talking to him. He stares at the lights for ages- which concerns me a little coz the living room light has no lightshade on it.

Ballons...we still have welcome home baloons from when we brought him home...he stares at'em til he falls asleep lol
