Have any of you ladies heard of or used this? It's meant to stretch the perineum and get you used to the 'crowning' feeling so you avoid tears. The testimonials are pretty impressive.

I know it's early to be thinking of this but it is so expensive (£100) that we will need to budget for it early on if we decide to go ahead and get one. It's something I would definitely consider buying if it really does significantly decrease the likelihood of tearing like it says
