Can you take both or does it have to be one or the other ??? with EPO I have been taking 1 a day - is this right ????
hi Mrs Doddy I take both: EPO (3 capsules) from CD1 up until ovulation - I don't take it during luteal phase as I've heard it can cause uterine contractions. Agnus Castus throughout cycle, taken at the same time each day. I've never heard anything to say that you can't take both at the same time. xx
Hiya, I've been taking agnus castus and have just bought epo today to start on my next cycle (btw they're cheap in holland and barrett's at the mo!) I've been told/heard that you shouldn't take ac after ov, just to take it as soon as cycle starts up to ov. Hope this helps xx
