EPO dosage and side effects?

So I am on CD1 after a messed up cycle. Didnt notice any ewcm so was thinking of taking EPO from today until ovulation. I still have some left over from when I was trying to flush out baby no.1!! what is the dosage? Are there any side effects? Can it delay ovulation?! Cause that is the last thing I want xx

I take 1000mg once a day. No side effects. Has seemed to help a little.

I have heard it can delay ovulation but it hasn't with me I don't think or anyone I know who's used it.

I think you can take up to 2000mg a day.

I just started using it a few days ago.. I took it before AF actually the only thing I noticed is that it cut back on some of my period cramps
I take 1000 mg a day. I'm hoping it'll do something this cycle. good luck!

Just a note. Only take it until Ovulation. It can cause uterine cramping and therefore miscarriage.
