EPO Question Please Help :)

    Ok so guna start taking EPO Im only on cd2, do i start taking it today and stop wen i ov??
    Do i just take 1 capsule a day??
    Help please lol forgot to ask:dohh:

    What mg of folic acid is everyone taking ? As i dont know which one i shoud take :) :dohh:

    Dont know the exact day i ov, as cant get any OPK's :| Long story short no banck account n live in small town... :(

    you can actually take it all the way through just not in high doses. Most people take 1000mg up to OV. But you but won't matter if you take it and you have OV'd. Or you can take it up to about day 14 - how long are you cycles? count 14days back from AF and stop taking it on that cycle day - or when you get EWCM as Ov could be imminent.

    Ohh thats ok then, Well I have spot on 28 day cycles without fail!!
