Whilst I was in a mood last month during tww because I was sure I was out I bought the biggest pot of epo with b6 to help with conception. Anyway, turns out I didn't need them :happydance: are they ok to take during early pregnancy? I've read conflicting information but really dont want to waste them, they weren't cheap :growlmad:

Epo I've read don't take In early pregnancy. Once O is confirmed you're supposed to stop. What's the expiry? I took it starting at 37 weeks I think to help ripen the cervix last time and I think it worked well... delivered at 38 weeks easy!!

B6, I believe it's in anti nausea meds so it should be safe but make sure you're getting a good amounts of other b vitamins too :)
