Epo with b6 in early pregnancy

Whilst I was in a mood last month during tww because I was sure I was out I bought the biggest pot of epo with b6 to help with conception. Anyway, turns out I didn't need them are they ok to take during early pregnancy? I've read conflicting information but really dont want to waste them, they weren't cheap

Epo I've read don't take In early pregnancy. Once O is confirmed you're supposed to stop. What's the expiry? I took it starting at 37 weeks I think to help ripen the cervix last time and I think it worked well... delivered at 38 weeks easy!!

B6, I believe it's in anti nausea meds so it should be safe but make sure you're getting a good amounts of other b vitamins too
