equate pink dye +/- do you see a line?

I've only ever used this brand of test once, and that was three years ago. It was stark white negative, no question about it.

I decided to buy the equate test just to get the POAS out of my system. I'm 15 DPO today, two days late for my period. Not having much experience with these tests I'm somewhat confused. There is a vertical line, but it's very faint. I took pictures at the 3 minute mark, and now the window has some condensation but I can still kind of see a line.

What do you think?

I've had a line similar and mine was negative.....not saying yours is I have no clue....I'd use a different brand....GL sweetie FX I haven't seen you on in FOREVER I hope everything is okay

I haven't been TTC, and I went on a progestin-only pill. Plus my cycles have shortened to 25 day cycles, so I only consider myself late when I reach CD27.

We decided to go back to NFP instead of pills since I was having horrible side effects. We only had sex twice this entire cycle, so it would be highly unlikely for me to be pregnant. I messed up my temps this cycle (not used to taking them anymore) plus I ended up not being able to sleep from 2-4 am a few times, so I wasn't able to detect ovulation through that, but I had my usual cramping, SHOW cervix, and loads of EWCM for three days, mostly on the third day. So it was pretty easy to pinpoint ovulation that way.

What's odd is I had some light pink spotting off and on five and six days ago, plus cramping so I thought I was going to get my period early, but nothing since then. Plus my boobs aren't sore at all, which is a dead giveaway for impending AF for me. It's all strange.

Also when you had that line did you use the same brand of test?

Yep same test the Equate brand from Walmart.....it was pretty much a shadow if you take the test apart the line wouldn't be there....its a shadow
I dont trust any brand now except the FRER and digitals!

Okay, thanks! I'd never really used this brand before so I really wasn't sure. If I don't get AF tomorrow I might go ahead and buy a pack of FRER. I don't know why I didn't today, honestly. I almost did but then I was like, "nahhh"

I'm fairly certain that the test is negative, as well. I got into a car accident last Saturday so maybe the stress is causing my period to be late? What's odd is after the accident I had really bad cramps and though I was going to get my period that day, plus I had that light pink spotting the next two days. Who knows.

We are not yet TTC, we're waiting until May of next year. That doesn't mean we wouldn't lovingly welcome a baby.

I tested with a FRER on the 20th and the 21st, both were negative.

However I'm CD30, 20DPO, and still no AF. Absolutely no idea what's going on.
