Evening Primose Oil Help??

Hello, I came off cerazette last april and my af has nt returned regularly yet. My cycles are about 98 - 105 days at moment. Not sure if ov either.
Seems as I can't be sure if I'm ov yet is it safe to continue taking ep tablets everyday?

you only need to stop epo after you've ovulated, if you're tracking your ovulation then it's safe to take it until that day. There is a risk of uterine contractions with it so shouldn't take it incase you get lucky with bean and then you cause problems. Good luck - hope your cycles sort themselves out
