Evening Primrose capsules ORALLY, do they work

I know alot of people take this internally aswell as they are nearer cervix but has anyone just taken this orally and shown to work atall?
I dnt plan on taking these untill ive researched when best to start but as my other 2 labour have been very very very very long i wanted to give all i can a go but dnt fancy sticking things up me lol x

Apparently they can work when taken orally, I have read up on it and Im not totally convinced but it cant hurt! x

i would love some info on this too!!been takin 2 a day orally...bit scared bout the internal thing to be honest!!!!not really sure how many to take daily - any ideas??xx

I did both, but not at the same time. When i took 1000mg orally i used to get a great deal of braxton hicks for an hour or so after! not sure if it helped on not though! I went into natural labour 1 day past my due date!

Not too sure on primrose (i just ordered some off ebay to try)
IMO Raspberry leaf capsels work!
I took them and my active labour was only 41 mins.

When is it safe to take them orally from is it 34weeks or 36weeks, as i have some to start taking but i dont want to start taking them early

Im already drinking rlt but will start them capsuals in 2 weeks
