Evening primrose oil for long irregular periods?

I was just wondering has anyone used primrose oil for long irregular periods?

had a mc in october since then cycles been 42, 32 & 45 days long. and I seem to be having random spot bleeds for couple days each cycle which maybe suggesting ovulation.

before my cycles were around 35 days give or take a day or 2 but now they are longer.

Can anyone suggest if taking this might help a little or suggest anything else I can try =)
