I just picked up some Evening Primrose Oil, because I've read it help with producing good cm, but I don't know how much to take?
I have just started taking this too about 3 days ago, the recommended daily dose is between 1500 - 3000 so assuming your tablets are 1000 each then either 2 or 3, i am starting with 2 and will see how i go. good luck
