I've added 1500mg of evening primrose oil to my list of other vitamins I've just started taking , due to the fact I lack EWCM, I believe you take it from af to O , have anyone had any success with this? regarding EWCM or even a :bfp:

Good/bad experiences welcome too,

Vitamins I'm currently taking,

Folic acid (been taking this for 3+years)
B complex
Zinc
Multivitamin + iron
Baby aspirin
Evening primrose oil

Drinking two cups of green tea
And one cup of grapefruit juice

I keep seeing people take it for various ttc stuff, then pregnancy stuff. Weird thing when I ask my RE about it, he laughed and said the only thing he would recommend it for is "some heart condition" . That confuses me , why would sooo many people use it if it doesn't do anything. Makes me think maybe my RE got it wrong, is that possible?. Sorry to bring it up on ur thread, but Iit had me wondering. Did your docs say it would be something too look into....I dont know who to ask since my own doc sees it as nothing.

I've done a lot of research and LOADS of ladies use it to preduce EWCM, i haven't asked my doc as I only started it on Friday I have an appointment this coming Tuesday so I may ask then :), I suppose it won't hurt to try in the mean time ,

I used but it didnt do any for me in the end. Ironally I was told to stop everything by my fertility specialist during fertility testing and fell pregnant twice in three cycles whilst on nadda!! But then Ive seen people swear by it so...follow your heart :) x

I took 2 raw garlic cloves daily with water starting from AF till O and got lots of lots of EWCM and a beautiful :bfp:

I took it the cycle we conceived DD. I'm not sure if it increased Ewcm, but it definitely increased cm in general! Lol. I probably won't take it this time around. However, I swear by it in late pregnancy to help labour.
