I breastfeed, so he has runny poo. If I dont catch his poo immediately, he has a red rash in between is legs and parts. I have left him diaper free after changing to help him air it out.

Do you use Destin or Eucerin on these type of dark red rashes?

My son had a bad rash for a bit too. The only thing that helped him heal was the Desitin Ultra (the purple tube). The blue tube didn't do anything and would wipe off pretty fast. Once it healed, I kept putting it in him just in case and I finally don't need to do it anymore.

I breastfeed too and my little boy was having a similar problem between his butt cheeks. I have found a miracle cure in Vaseline. It helped clear it up but I use it now as a barrier. His poo just runs off his bum now and he hasn't had a rash since.

Sudocrem works too. We have to
Get ours immediately too. I would put the cream on at every nappy change even when not dirty

Eliza kept getting rashes after she started solids and I used A+D Prevention cream at every diaper change and it worked great, but I'm sure vaseline is even cheaper and probably works the same.
